At Cool Pets R Us, we want your pet beds to arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery estimates.
We ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
