Coverage
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Seam failures and zipper malfunctions
- Structural failures: cracking, splitting, or warping under normal use
- Fill compression beyond normal wear
Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper washing or care
- Damage from pets chewing, scratching, or digging
- Products from unauthorized retailers
